To ensure the safe use of reels, we must:
Recycling unused or redundant hoses or cables into reels in the operating area will not only make the site tidy and orderly, prolong the service life of hoses or cables, but also avoid possible tripping accidents caused by hoses or cables. When a hose or cable is recovered, the reel must be slowly retracted with human assistance. This not only reflects the professional qualities of the operator, but also protects the hose, cable and equipment.
It is forbidden to use the tension of the spring itself to recover the hose or cable into the coil without manpower assistance. This is very dangerous. It is very likely to cause damage to the inner spring of the coil and cause unpredictable personal injury when the hose or cable is quickly recovered. Therefore, we must put an end to this kind of behavior. Installation height should not exceed 4.5 meters.
n order to ensure the normal function, quality and life of the reel, it must be maintained regularly.
Since most of the reels are installed in open or semi-open spaces, they will inevitably be eroded by dust and water vapor, which requires us to regularly wipe the surface of the reels or hose cables, as well as possible stains of water and oil, to keep their surfaces clean and dry.
It is necessary to regularly check whether the fasteners of the reel and other parts are loose. If there is loosening, it should be fastened in time to avoid affecting the normal use of the reel, which may lead to production accidents.
Hoses and cables are either provided by the user or installed by the manufacturer on behalf of the manufacturer. The service life of the active supplier shall be replaced in time if it exceeds the service life to ensure the normal use of the equipment.
All products or equipment sold by ITREL are provided with relevant service accessories which are paid outside the warranty period. For specific prices, please consult the manufacturer or its authorized distributor or agent.
